As part of the expansion policy of the Ghana Institute of Freight

Forwarders, the administration has moved to induct a new and growing district in Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana.

The Sunyani District is made up of 5 border posts; namely, Gonokrom, Kofibadukrom, Oseikojokrom, Akrankwanta and Sampa.

The ratification of the induction will happen at the 2017…

the Ghana Institute of Freight Forwarders has reached out to the University of Cape Coast, one of Ghanas premier universities

which runs a course in Marketing and Supply Chain at the School Of Business.

Because the countrys laws allow freedom of company registration, there may be few companies which though legally registered, are not members of Giff. As such they are not bound by GIFFs rules for its members, and therefore not subject to the Institutes oversight.
